Our People to Live Stronger & Longer

Mobile Health Clinics

The AH&MRC has two mobile clinics, one being a Mobile Health Clinic, the other as a Mobile Denture Van.

Mobile Health Clinic

In 2022, AH&MRC purchased a motorhome with the aim of providing medical care outside the traditional clinical space. The Mobile Health Clinic is fitted with basic medical equipment to enable practitioners to provide basic primary healthcare.

To date, the Mobile Health Clinic has been used by Bullinah Aboriginal Health Service and Pius X to provide primary health care to locations that did not previously have medical services.

If you are a member of AH&MRC and are interested in using our Mobile Health Clinic, please see this form for more information, and to put through a request for using the Mobile Health Clinic.

Denture Van

AH&MRC has recently acquired a van capable of producing full and partial dentures to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across NSW. The service is delivered from a mobile denture laboratory which can travel between communities across NSW.

If you are a member of AH&MRC and are interested in using our Mobile Denture Van, please see this form for more information, and to put through a request for using the Mobile Denture Van.
