The AH&MRC is hosting a Cancer & Tobacco Forum and networking dinner.
We invite you to take part in the forum and hear from other member services and the broader sector on locally-led efforts to support Aboriginal people affected by cancer in their local communities.
This forum aims to build networks, promote and strengthen partnerships across the Cancer Support Networks.
The agenda will include opportunities to hear from each other about successful programs and activities in the Cancer & Tobacco space; tools, resources & training opportunities; development of an ACCHS Cancer Manual; Importance of Patient Information Management Systems (PIMS); Screening for Cancer; Bush Medicines; Supporting Aboriginal people diagnosed with cancer & more.
AH&MRC will support travel & accommodation expenses for up to two participants from our Member Services. Lunch and catering is provided for all attendees. Official agenda will be sent to registered participants closer to date.
